There are several types of Breast Cancer (Mamma Ca) when seen from the histological picture. The following are the types of breast cancer:
Adenocarcinoma: Cancer-shaped oval, often attached to other networks.
Carsinoma Ductal in situ (DCIS) Sometimes described as precancerous, preinvasif, or intraductal cancer. This type of breast cancer, non-invasive, which means not spread beyond the breast ductal cells or other parts of the breast, such as lymph nodes axilla, or to other parts of the body. There were three levels DCIS namely low, intermediate, and high. Grade DCIS refers to how abnormal the cells are viewed under a microscope and give an idea of how fast cells can develop into invasive cancer. DCIS is highly curable.
Medullary Carcinoma: This is the type of invasive ductal carcinoma, frequently penetrate the lymph nodes. This cancer can grow larger but have a better prognosis than the average.
Mucinous Carcinoma: This is the type of invasive ductal carcinoma, which produce gelatinous tumor. This cancer has an excellent prognosis.
Tubular carcinoma: This type of cancer produces many small glands and tubules that are similar to normal breast ducts. Prognosis is usually positive.
Invasive Ductal Carcinoma: invasive ductal carcinoma (infiltrating ductal or carcinoma) is the most common type of cancer and is often found. More than half of all cases of breast cancers are this type.
Invasive lobular Carcinoma: This type of cancer develops on the edge of the channel or in the lobules and can cause thickening. Better prognosis with an average dibandigkan.
Inflammatory Carcinoma: Ca mamme The most invasive of all types of breast cancer. Often the case wrong diagnosis of these cancers, such as mastitis or dermatitis. In breast skin occurs due to inflammation and swelling in the lymph vessels by cancer inhibition.
